Cape Fear Catamarans started twenty years ago when chief designer and fabricator, Barry LeRay started building aluminum catamarans. While our designs have evolved over the years, Barry has always prioritized style, economy and ride. Early on, CFC primarily built commercial boats, so our roots are based in durability and efficiency. These principals have not changed as we morphed into the building high performance boats for all types of recreation.
We have designed and built our custom catamarans for serious boaters all over the Eastern Seaboard and Gulf Coast. You can see our head turning boats running charters in the Gulf, motoring through the ICW to a sandbar, putting out fires in Florida, and duck hunting on the Pamlico.
